Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Chaptrly service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Chaptrly.

By accessing or using Chaptrly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Chaptrly is an AI-powered SaaS tool that generates 11 content assets from a single YouTube URL — Video Score & Optimization, Competitor Analysis, chapter timestamps, SEO titles, hook scripts, Shorts ideas, tweet thread, key quotes, pinned comment, description, and keywords. The Service requires a valid YouTube video URL with publicly available captions or auto-generated transcripts.

You must create an account to use core features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
chevron_right4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Chaptrly offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
chevron_right5. Usage Limits
Each plan includes a defined number of generation requests per calendar month. Usage resets on the same day each month. Unused generations do not roll over. Exceeding your plan limit will block further generations until the next reset or a plan upgrade.
chevron_right6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API. Automated bulk requests that circumvent rate limits are prohibited.
chevron_right7. Intellectual Property
All generated content (chapters, descriptions, keywords) produced by the Service from your inputs is owned by you. Chaptrly retains ownership of the Service itself, including all software, branding, and infrastructure. You grant Chaptrly a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers including OpenAI (AI generation), Supabase (authentication and data storage), YouTube (transcript access), and Razorpay (payment processing). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
chevron_right9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated chapters may require manual review before publishing.
chevron_right10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaptrly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
